1. Chop zucchini finely in a food processor. 2. Microwave zucchini for 1½ minutes. 3. Add the chopped, microwaved zucchini, chocolate protein powder, unflavored collagen (optional), cacao powder, vanilla extract, and stevia to the bowl of cooked oats. 4. Mix everything together thoroughly. Add some water to thin out if you like.
