Cook the spinach on a saucepan until wilted, and squeeze out excess water. Combine all ingredients (except cream cheese) in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 10 equal patties. Place a piece of cream cheese in the middle of 5 of the patties. Cover the cheese-topped patties with the empty patties, then flatten and shape them to seal the cream cheese inside. Grease a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or cook on a greased pan for 7-8 minutes per side (approximately 15 minutes total).
