Heat oil in a large pot and fry the onions for about 5 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and sautè for another minute. Add in the chopped asparagus, season with salt and pepper and sautè about 3-4 minutes. Pour in the broth and water and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, bring the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the Greek Yogurt. Blend in a blender until smooth.
