The Easiest Snickerdoodle Cookies with Cake Mix

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix the entire box of cake mix with 2 eggs and ½ cup of oil or melted butter until well combined. Divide the dough and roll it into 24 individual balls. In a small bowl, combine 2 teaspoons of cinnamon with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (or sugar-free alternative like Lakanto). Roll each cookie dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat. Place the coated cookie dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving about 2-3 inches of space between each cookie. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
