Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, oil and spices and mix well. Add chopped cauliflower and toss to coat with sauce. Spread out on a greased baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15 minutes until lightly charred and tender, shaking the pan every 5 minutes. Transfer to plate, pair with some protein and enjoy!
