A healthy Valentine's Day Muddy Buddies recipe made with protein powder and naturally colored with freeze-dried strawberries. This Pink Puppy Chow is the perfect sweet, high-protein snack without the red food dye.

Make ‘Sugar Coating’: In a food processor, process freeze dried strawberries util the freeze dried strawberries are completely powdered.
Transfer into a large (gallon-size) ziplock bag.
Add in protein powder and powdered sweetener and shake until combined.
Combine Base: In a large bowl, mix the Rice Chex and Protein Cereals.
Melt Coating: Combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth. Add in milk and peanut butter and stir till smooth.
Add vanilla protein, unflavored protein and mix until creamy. Use a whisk to get it really smooth!
Coat Cereal: Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal base and mix gently with a wooden spoon until every piece is evenly coated.
Sugar Dusting: Transfer the coated cereal into the Ziploc Bag with the ‘strawberry sugar coating’ and shake vigorously to coat.
Set: Spread the puppy chow onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let it set for 15-20 minutes in the freezer.
Add some Valentine’s M&Ms and serve!
