The best high protein banana cream pie is a decadent, sugar free treat with 16g of protein. A no bake healthy banana cream pie recipe with Greek yogurt, protein powder and collagen that is perfectly macro-friendly!

Crust:
If using pie crust, preheat the oven to 450°F.
Roll pie crust into 9” pie dish (or use pre-rolled crust).
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove and let cool (takes about 25 minutes).
Caramel Sauce: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients collagen peptides, peanut butter powder and milk. Stir with a spoon until uniform.
Prep Crust: Break and place pie crust (or Nilla wafers) in food processor and pulse until large crumbs form.
Add in caramel sauce and process again until well combined.
Set Crust: Empty the mixture into the pie pan and press into the bottom and sides evenly, coming at least an 1-1½ inches up the side.
Bananas:
Banana Layer: Place banana slices over the bottom of the pie crust so that they are touching.
Pudding:
Prep Pudding: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powders, collagen powder, instant pudding, and milk (little at a time) until smooth.
Taste and add extra sweetener if needed.
Pudding Layer: Pour the pudding over the bananas and smooth the top.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Serve:
Whip Layer: Spread cool whip mixture on top of pudding.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy.
