Note: Use 1.5x the recipe if you have a Ninja Creami Deluxe.
In your Ninja Creami pint container, combine all the ingredients: unsweetened almond milk, 1% lowfat milk, low fat cottage cheese, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and pudding mix.
Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth and creamy.
Scrape down the sides to make sure everything is fully incorporated. Make sure the mixture stays below the max fill line.
Cover with the lid and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and use the Lite Ice Cream setting.
If the ice cream is still crumbly, add in ½ Tbsp milk, place it back in the machine and press Re-Spin.
Scoop into a bowl and enjoy with your choice of toppings!
