In your Ninja Creami pint container, add the unsweetened almond milk, 1% lowfat milk, low fat cottage cheese and caramel coffee creamer (or syrup).
Use an immersion blender to blend.
Add in salted caramel protein powder (or vanilla) and vanilla instant pudding mix.
Use an immersion blender to blend everything together right inside the pint until smooth and creamy.
Scrape down the sides to make sure everything is fully incorporated. Make sure the mixture stays below the max fill line.
Secure the lid and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami Deluxe and use the Lite Ice Cream setting.
Add in 1 Tbsp (7ml) Creamer, place it back in the machine and press Re-Spin.
Optional: Add sugar free chocolate chips and pretzels and run the Mix-In cycle for some texture!
