These Protein Banana Muffins without Protein Powder are packed with protein from Greek yogurt, protein oats and peanut butter powder. These banana oat high protein muffins are perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even a healthier dessert.

cupNonfat Plain Greek Yogurt168g

tspStevia Sweetener (worth ¼ cup Sugar)

Preheat oven to 350°F, line 12 cups of a muffin pan with muffin liners, and lightly spray insides with cooking spray (or use non-stick pan).
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender - bananas, oats, yogurt, peanut butter powder, eggs, stevia, baking powder and baking soda.
Pulse or blend on low until just combined. You should have a thick muffin batter.
Pour the batter into the muffin tin, dividing equally among muffin cups.
Fill each about ¾ way to the top.
Sprinkle chocolate chips or other toppings if needed.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. A toothpick inserted into center comes out dry.
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove pan. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, about 15 minutes, and enjoy.
