Make Protein Milk: In a large shallow dish, whisk milk, protein powder and cocoa powder.
Make Protein Frosting: In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder.
Dip rice cake in protein milk and let soak a few seconds each side. Transfer into large ramekin.
Spread half protein frosting (smoothen with back of spatula or spoon)
Repeat with second rice cake + remaining milk and frosting.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Top with a dusting of cocoa power (use sieve) and sprinkles.
