An indulgent Protein Chocolate Pie like no other! High protein, healthy and sugar free chocolate pie made with protein powder and cocoa powder - no chocolate or cream needed!
Crust:
Pre-made Frozen Pie Crustlike Pillsbury
Filling:
cupChocolate Protein PowderWhey-casein, 60g
cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder20g
tspSalt
cupUnsweetened Almond MilkRoom Temperature,120ml
cupUnsweetened Applesauce60g
tbspMelted Butter14g

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, whisk chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and salt.
Add milk and applesauce and whisk.
Add eggs, melted butter and vanilla and whisk until just combined (don't over mix).
Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Knife inserted in center will come out almost clean (with a few streaks). Center should be a little bit jiggly, but sides cooked.
Let cool completely, then place in fridge to cool about 2 hours.
