cupChickpeasDrained can (246g) or Cooked from dry (110g)
cupUnsweetened Almond Milk80ml
cupUnsweetened Applesauce60g
tbspPeanut ButterChocolate flavor recommended below, 32g
cupChocolate Whey-casein Protein Powder30g
scoopChocolate Plant-based/Whey Protein Powder15g
cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder26g
Stevia Sweetener2 tsp sugar worth (Use your brand's Conversion Chart)

Rinse chickpeas, place in a food processor and blend until coarse and grainy, about 10 seconds.
Add in remaining wet ingredients - milk, applesauce, peanut butter and vanilla.
Add in protein powders, cocoa powder and stevia sweetener - and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Add more milk if too thick, some coconut flour if too runny.
Serve with crackers or flatbread.
