Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 8” cake pan or baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk flour, chocolate protein powders, unflavored protein powder, cocoa powder, zero calorie sugar replacement, stevia sweetener, and baking soda.
In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate kefir, almond milk and vanilla.
Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.
DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the cake dense.
Add in almond butter/tahini, and fold.
Batter should be thick.
Transfer batter into pan, smoothen with a spatula or back of spoon.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is set.
A tester inserted into the center should come out clean and center of cake springy to touch.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Frosting:
Let cake cool completely before frosting.
In a bowl, whisk yogurt and kefir.
Add protein powder and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
Add milk if too dry.
Spread frosting over cake.
