Cream Cheese Layer:

Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.
In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, black cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.
Add applesauce and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.
Transfer to prepared pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.
Cream Cheese Layer:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric hand mixer or paddle attachment of stand mixer until smooth; About 1 minutes.
Add Greek yogurt and milk and beat again until combined.
Beat in vanilla protein powder, scraping down the sides if needed.
Spread over base.
Chocolate Pudding:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla instant pudding, and milk until smooth.
Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Topping:
Spread cool whip on top of pudding and top with crushed chocolate grahams or cereal.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
