Chocolate Butterscotch Protein Bars

Soft and chewy Chocolate Butterscotch Protein bars with a base, caramel-y later and all the chocolate and butterscotch chips on top. Easy, no bake and healthy chocolate butterscotch squares for a sugar free treat.
Base:

Line a 8 x 4” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later.
Base:
In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.
Add applesauce and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.
Transfer to prepared loaf pan, and use back of spoon/sparula to press down and spread.
Protein Caramel:
In the same bowl, stir together peanut butter powder, almond butter, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, maple syrup, water (1 tsp at a time) and vanilla.
Spread on top of base layer and use back of spoon to smoothen.
Chips:
Top with butterscotch chips and chocolate chips; Press down firmly.
Slice into 8 bars.
