Amazing fudgy No Bake Protein Brownies with a rich base and indulgent topping! These healthy no bake brownies use protein powder and oat flour, and have no dates; Sugar free and gluten free!

Base:
cupChocolate Protein PowderWhey, 90g
cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder60g
cupOat Flour60g
cupCoconut Flour75g
cupUnsweetened Almond Milk180ml
tbspUnsweetened Applesauce90g

Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later.
Chocolate Base:
In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.
Add applesauce and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.
Transfer to prepared loaf pan, and use back of spoon/sparula to press down and spread.
Frosting:
In a bowl, combine protein powder and cocoa powder.
Add yogurt (little at a time) and mix until smooth.
Spread over base.
Transfer to freezer to cool about 5-10 minutes.
Slice into 16 pieces.
