Extra fudgy Protein Brownie Bites that are actually sugar free, butter-free and healthy! These healthy protein brownie bites use protein powder, monkfruit sweetener and a ton of Greek yogurt for a clean indulgent dessert.

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 16 cups of a muffin pan.
In a bowl, whisk cocoa powder, chocolate protein powders, unflavored protein powder, flour, zero calorie sugar replacement, stevia sweetener, and baking soda.
In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk and vanilla.
Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.
DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the brownie dense.
Add in almond butter/cashew butter and fold.
Batter should be thick.
Add in chocolate chips, fold again.
Do not over-mix.
Divide batter among muffin cups.
Bake for 15-18 minutes; Toothpick inserted into the center should come out slightly wet.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
