Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 6-cavity donut pan with cooking spray to grease.
In a bowl whisk applesauce and egg whites.
Prepare 2 dry mixes:
Bowl 1: vanilla protein powder, peanut butter powder, flour and baking powder
Bowl 2: chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, flour and baking powder
Add half wet mixture into each bowl, and gently fold each until combined.
DO NOT OVER-MIX or gluten from flour or protein powder will bake donuts dense. Batter should be thick
Divide peanut butter batter evenly among donut pan cavities, and then add chocolate batter (peanut butter should be on bottom).
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donut comes out dry.
Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool.
Chocolate Glaze:
Place chopped chocolate chips and coconut oil in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave about 45 seconds, stirring halfway, until completely melted.
Allow to cool slightly.
Use spoon to spread chocolate on top (rounded) side of donut.
Optionally top with chopped peanut butter cups.
