Combine first oats, unflavored protein powder and vanilla protein powder in food processor and process until fine.
Transfer to a bowl, add in cocoa puffs, coconut flour and almond flour, and combine.
Add almond milk and mix. Add milk the mix is too dry or coconut flour if the mix is too wet.
Spoon out about 1-2 tablespoon of mixture at a time, roll into balls.
