An easy Protein Fried Ice Cream with cornflakes and protein powder coating for a homemade twist on the Mexican dessert. This healthy no fry fried ice cream is creamy and crunchy and sure to satisfy the cravings!

Shape Ice Cream:
Place sheets of plastic wrap on workstation.
Scoop up about ½ cup worth ice cream (118g/¼ pint), roll into balls with hands
Place balls on plastic wrap, wrap up, secure ball shape and twist end to seal.
Place in freezer for about 5 minutes.
Coating:
In a small food processor, combine corn flakes cereal, unflavored protein powder, vanilla protein powder and almond butter to form coarse crumbly mixture.
Transfer to shallow bowl or plate.
Take one ice cream ball at a time and roll in protein cornflakes mixture until completely covered.
Top with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
