Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine flaxseed meal and water and let rest 5 mins to thicken.
In a bowl, mix dry ingredients (chocolate protein powder, unflavored protein powder, oat flour, coconut flour, unsweetened cocoa powder and collagen) and mix.
Add in flaxseed mix, almond butter and milk - about ½ tbsp at a time - and mix to form a tick batter.
Add more milk 1 tsp at a time if it is too dry, coconut flour if too wet.
Divide mix into 9 portions.
Roll into balls, flatten into discs, place chocolate chips in, cover and roll into ball again.
Bake 8-9 minutes; Batter should be cooked on the outside.
