Try these quick 10-minute air fryer baked oats! A healthy, single-serve air fryer protein oatmeal recipe made with yogurt, no egg, and no banana.

In an oven-safe ramekin, combine oats, puffed rice cereal, protein powder, baking, milk and yogurt. Mix well until combined.
Taste the batter and see if you need some extra sweetener; I’d recommend stevia if needed.
Air fry for 10 minutes at 325°F.
Tip: Use ‘bake’ setting if available.
The top will be browned, but look slightly wet, but that’s expected. Cooking longer will make the oats dry on the inside.
Let cool a few minutes, add toppings and dig in!
