Bake a batch of these soft and chewy Banana Protein Baked Oatmeal Bars with all the sweet flavor of protein bar without fat or added sugar! The perfect high protein breakfast, snack or post workout meal.

Preheat oven to 350°F, and lightly grease a 9”x6” baking dish (or use an 8”x8” and reduce baking time).
In a large bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients - mashed banana, milk, yogurt, egg whites.
Add in dry ingredients - oats, protein powder, baking powder and cinnamon.
Whisk again.
Pour mixture into prepared dish and flatten with back of a spoon or spatula.
Top with chopped peanuts.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until center is just set. The top will be slightly wet in the middle, but that’s expected. Tester knife inserted into middle should come out slightly moist.
Cooking longer will make the oats dry on the inside.
Let cool for about 15-20 minutes.
Slice into bars, drizzle on melted chocolate, and enjoy!
